• Mobility: engineered to allow Tiny Houses to be pushed/pulled across ground or, onto a tilt-tray truck

• Cost-Effectiveness: having a trailer is optional

• Structural Integrity & Stability: designed to distribute weight evenly, preventing structural stress overtime

• Foundation Flexibility: provide a strong, level base for multiple installation options:

  o   On a trailer

  o   On posts

  o   Onto concrete or gravel footings or pads
