Nima Tiny Haus was founded by a father-and-son team, a seasoned builder and a construction professional, united by a shared vision to create better, sustainable mobile houses.

The journey began with the design of a sustainable, 100% off-grid primary residence. To achieve superior performance, a factory-engineered smart wall system was incorporated into the design, consisting of galvanised frame with PIR core, fireproof board & factory-fitted double-glazed windows - prioritising exceptional thermal efficiency, fire safety, durability and rapid build speed. So impressed with the results, the same rigorous standards to design a secondary tiny house dwelling for the property was adopted.

Through this process, a gap in the tiny house market was recognised. Many are cheap, built with inferior, imported materials or not even built in Australia, poor workmanship and lack professional engineering.

Seeing a growing demand for tiny houses, driven by the Australian housing crisis, a desire for sustainable living, and a need for resilient disaster-relief solutions, an opportunity to offer a better way forward was identified.
